I Judy Gray take the deposit of the amount stated above on the puppy named above. A deposit is a promise to buy the puppy. If for any reason the buyer changes his or her mine on the puppy they picked out, or is not paid in full by due date, at 8 weeks of age, they will forfeit there deposit. Any and all money paid is Non Refundable.
If the puppy is not available to the buyer due to injury ect. the buyer will have the choice of another puppy of the same quality if available, or a full refund of his or her deposit.
