The Puppy is Guaranteed for 72 hours as Follows:
Seller guarantees that the above described puppy to be free of disease or other health defects other than common puppy maladies for a period of 72 hours from the date the puppy is purchased.
The purchaser is responsible for taking the puppy to the veterinarian at there expense within 72 hours for a complete exam. If the veterinarian reveals that the puppy is suffering from disease or defect that will keep the puppy from leading a normal life other that common puppy maladies, seller will replace the puppy with one of equal value at said time or as soon as one is available, or a complete refund will be made, provided a copy of the Veterinarian’s report is returned to seller within the 72 hour period. Seller will not except or return or refund or exchange any puppy for any reason except those listed above. Transportation costs to and from breeder is purchasers responsibility. The seller assumes No Responsibility of the puppy after leaving the premises for Landlords Disapproval , Allergy to Animals Disagreement of family, Medical expenses, Small Children who may drop, fall, sit or over handle puppy. Mortality, if the puppy should die within the 72 hour period, purchaser must have an autopsy preformed at buyer’s expense to determine the cause of death. Puppy will be replaced only if the death was caused by an illness which puppy had prior to the time of sale, provided a written letter from the Veterinarian is obtained.
All puppies are sold as pets only..(unless otherwise specified)… no guarantee is made to the puppy being able to reproduce. Please be a responsible pet owner, and have your pet Spayed or Neutered.
I will not be responsible for any veterinarian bill if there is any problem. I should be contacted immediately so the puppy can be brought back.
The puppy is Guaranteed for one year as follows:
The puppy is guaranteed till one (1) year of age against life threatening genetic defects or any terminal disease diagnosed by two certified veterinarians, (within one year after birth). If defects are found I am to be contacted immediately. I will not be responsible for any veterinarian bills.
The buyer understands that no condition that is treatable, correctable, breed related or a condition that the animal will outgrow is covered by this agreement.
If puppy should die within the year, purchaser must have an autopsy performed by a certified veterinarian at buyer's expense to determine the cause of death. I must be furnished with a copy of the report. If the autopsy proves that the puppy died of a terminal disease or birth defect. In these instances, a replacement puppy of equal quality will be provided to the buyer as soon as one becomes available. No cash refund will be made.
Transportation costs to and from breeder is buyer's responsibility.
Specific conditions of this guarantee:
The puppy will be maintained with normal and adequate veterinary care as needed and required. (All shots keep up to date).
The puppy will be housed in a protected environment providing warmth during cold weather, and coolness during hot/warm , safe from any conditions which could endanger the puppy's life. Puppy will be keep on a good quality food and not be let to get over weight. Guarantee applies to original puppy only and is non-transferable. If puppy has been bred, no replacement will be given. If any condition of this contract is not met, contract is void.
Buyer agrees that he/she fully understands the terms of this contract and agrees to comply with them. And this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Alabama, in Tuscaloosa. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
I have read and fully understand this agreement and agree to abide by the conditions of this contract.
